FAQS

  • What does a typical day look like?

A typical day for most on campus athletes starts with a daily meeting with their coach and position groups setting the tone and expectations fo the day. Depending on their personal schedules, athletes either start with school or training. Our athletes have hitting/throwing/catching practice daily, strength training daily, and school hours Monday - Friday. Each player spends a few days of the week at our partner facilities, Apex Performance Center. Often times a day could look like prepping and travel for a game to play that day or working in the facilities and studying.
